Your request has been received.
We'll review your return request and confirm by email. Once approved, you'll receive the return label with instructions. Don't send anything until you've received that label.
An instrument must fit, on your wrist and in your daily rhythm.
If it doesn't, you have 30 days from receipt to return or exchange your order. No questions asked.

Return label
After approval, we'll send you a return label with instructions on how and where to send the package.
Refund
After receipt and inspection, you'll be refunded within ten business days via your original payment method. For exchanges, we'll send your new item.
Conditions
- Submit your request within 30 days of receiving your order.
- The item is unworn and unused, with tags and in the original packaging.
- Returns without a prior request are not accepted, so always submit a request here first.
- Gift cards cannot be returned.
