Warranty conditions

At MESSOUD, quality and craftsmanship are paramount. Therefore, we offer a warranty on manufacturing and material defects during the applicable warranty period of your watch.

If a defect occurs within this period due to a manufacturing error, your watch will be repaired free of charge, provided that the watch is presented together with the valid warranty certificate.

Exclusions

To ensure the reliability and durability of your watch, the following situations are excluded from the warranty:

• Damage resulting from improper use, impacts, or drops
• Water damage beyond the specified water resistance
• Normal wear and tear from daily use
• Battery (consumable component)
• Glass (crystal) and cosmetic damage to the case or strap
