Honest about delivery time

4 to 12 weeks is an expectation, not a promise. As soon as your production round is confirmed, you will receive the schedule by email. If there are delays, you will hear from us directly and can cancel free of charge. This is how we prefer to work: precision over empty promises.

Why a pre-order?

Our watches are made in limited editions. We produce based on reservations rather than overproduction. With a pre-order, you are sure that your model and color will be made for you, and because you reserve before production, a 15% discount on the full price applies.

How does the 15% pre-order discount work?

For a pre-order with a down payment, you pay the pre-order price: 15% below the full price. The down payment is 20% of that pre-order price; the remaining balance is due only upon shipment. If you choose the free list, the discount does not apply.

When and how do I pay the remaining balance?

As soon as your watch is ready for shipment, you will receive an email from us. You then pay the remaining balance on this page, under 'Pay remaining balance', using the order number of your down payment. We will ship immediately after payment.

Can I cancel?

Yes, up to the moment of shipment. Your down payment will then be fully refunded, no questions asked. If you decide not to pay the remaining balance, the reservation will be canceled and you will receive your down payment back.

What if the delivery time becomes longer than 12 weeks?

Then you will hear from us directly, along with the new schedule. You can cancel free of charge at that time and receive your full down payment back.

What is the difference with the free list?

The free list is not a reservation and does not include a pre-order discount: we only notify you when your choice is available. Available stock first goes to customers with a pre-order.
