Once your order has been shipped, you will automatically receive a tracking code by email.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Delivery times

- Other EU countries: 2–5 business days
- United Kingdom: 2–5 business days
- International: 5–15 business days

Our shipping costs are transparent:
- The Netherlands & Belgium: free shipping on all watches
- Other EU countries: free shipping on all watches
- United Kingdom: free shipping on all watches
- For other destinations, shipping costs are displayed at checkout.
International shipping
MESSOUD ships worldwide.
Orders shipped outside the EU may be subject to local import duties, VAT, or customs fees. These charges are the customer’s responsibility and vary by country.
Incorrect or incomplete address
Please make sure your address details are entered correctly.
MESSOUD is not responsible for delays or undelivered packages resulting from incorrect address information.
Order not received
